How to become a CPD Provider

It is important that you take a close look at our CPD Approval & Assessment Guide https://ausactive.org.au/members/learning-development/become-a-cec-provider/ before you apply for CPDs, as it includes all the criteria that you are required to meet in order for you program to be approved.

We also recommend that you review the AUSactive Scope of Practice and ensure your program aligns appropriately. This is particularly important where program topics include nutritional advice, rehabilitation, injury and chronic illness/ disease.

The costs involved include $500 per year for CPD provider registration, $495 per program which covers assessment of content and administration fees, and $360 every 2 years for program renewal. Programs are approved for a 2-year period; however, provider registration is every year and must remain current during the program approval period.
